DirecciónWe are looking for a passionate Independent Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will work remotely from the comfort of your home, providing personalized advice to clients seeking unique and memorable travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Personalized Advice: Understand the needs and preferences of clients to offer travel recommendations adapted to their expectations.
- Reservations and Itinerary Management: Coordinate and manage reservations for flights, accommodations, transfers and activities according to the client's preferences.
- Destination Research: Stay up to date on popular destinations, events and tourist attractions to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Documentation Management: Assist clients with necessary documentation, such as visas and travel insurance.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the trip to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tracking and Updating: Maintain accurate records of transactions and update customers on any changes or relevant information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Travel Agent is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of popular tourist destinations and travel trends is a PLUS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Stable Internet connection and adequate equipment to work from home.
