Job Title: Associate Business Analyst


Are you ready to make a significant impact in a global organization As an Associate Business Analyst at AstraZeneca, you will have the opportunity to drive business change activities, either independently or as a contributor to large scale or global business change. This role requires interactive communication, demonstrating inclusion and cultural sensitivity. You will partner with Sr. Business Partners/Business Partners or Business Analyst colleagues to support the development of business cases, assist in business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.


As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be expected to understand and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders, interpret these requirements for easy analysis and solution design, provide insight & innovation to projects within your specialist area, work with Site Extended Leadership Teams and other regional/site stakeholders to propose and deliver solutions, facilitate design sessions with the business and implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements, define project scope and goals for small projects, assign work and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled, collate information from relevant sources for analysis and reporting relevant data trends for informed decision making for small projects, communicate with the relevant stakeholders and transfer relevant knowledge to delivery teams, maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, and support the business for service tracking/issues/problems/incidents.


Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
