Job Summary: This role is responsible for the support of multiple modules in the SuccessFactors suite (Succession, Performance, Compensation and Employee Central).
This role is also responsible for interfacing with business teams, facilitating the gathering of requirements, performing peer review testing, and managing deployment plans from both a business and technical perspective. Education: Bachelor’s Degree Year of Experience: 10 years Type of Experience: Experience in SuccessFactors, specifically in Succession Planning, Performance, Compensation and Employee central Responsibilities: Provide support for the SuccessFactors designated processes (Succession Planning, Performance Development and Employee Central) and be involved in designing effective solutions in collaboration with the business Understand the functionality of the product and guide the business on best practices Perform peer review testing on all solutions and be involved in developing migration / cutover plans.
Work closely with the project managers to produce timelines and milestones Should be familiar with PeopleSoft HCM and SuccessFactors modules Should be familiar with core HR processes as it pertains to Performance and Compensation
Have a good understanding of the business processes supported by the platform and provide innovative solutions to issues and enhancements Qualifications: Current certification as consultant on any SuccessFactors module is preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience with SuccessFactors modules Succession, Performance, Compensation, Employee central Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and HR processes Ad hoc reporting in SuccessFactors Knowledge of SuccessFactors Integrations Ability to develop functional specification documentations and provide solutions based on business requirements Experience with Project documentation Expand your possibilities with KTSAMÁS.
