Position Summary :

The primary objective of this role is to develop and drive TaylorMade Golf’s multifaceted approach to consumer experiences in the field; including custom fitting approach, training, fitting events, Staff Players and all other experiential touch points in order to create a best in class presentation while supporting quality sell-through. This person will create and lead the Resort Property Business as well as Green Grass Business for the region.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the strategic experiential plan, working cohesively with the marketing and sales teams. Maximize sell-through across channels and drive market share gains for the TaylorMade brand and product lines.
  • Cultivate solutions that improve and provide consistency to the overall customer experience around Experiential Fitting events, Demo Days and other direct to consumer interactions.
  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of all field training in relation to custom fitting and any technology that assists custom fitting.
  • Develop all strategies and budgetary requirements surrounding account fitting tools (distribution, training, reconciliation).
  • Lead, inspire, develop, and manage Staff Players to perform at the highest level, be creative, and collaborative to support the TaylorMade brand.
  • Responsible for regional Resort Property business. Direct Service Rental sets plans, pro shop, and DoG relationships.
  • Responsible for Green Grass Business for the region. Product assortment, order repeats, shop in shop needs and constant visiting.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :

  • Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills required.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to establish strong results-oriented partnerships, and gain consensus across differing perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present to large groups.
  • Proven ability to generate creative and progressive ideas.
  • Proven result-oriented background of performance achievement of goals.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

  • Post-secondary degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in related roles.
  • Strong golf industry experience required; Golf related Custom Fitting/Sales experience.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage
  • Frequent travel to support events.
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
  • Light physical effort equals frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
