Stages of the Selection Process
Our selection process currently lasts an average of 30-40 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Review, draft and negotiate all forms of company commercial contacts.
-In-depth knowledge in core contractual areas such as indemnization, limitations of liability, confidentiality and privacy standards to our fast-paced negotiations.
-Assist with the development and maintenance of contract templates and standard contract provisions utilized by the team.
-Interpret and provide advice to internal clients regarding the company’s rights, obligations, restrictions, and all other contractual provisions included in the company’s tech and commercial contracts and terms of use.
-Collaborate on and lead other project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as-needed basis.
-Follow-up on the signing of Contracts and documents, both physically and electronically.
-Support to the commercial areas on negotiation of Contracts and Agreements with Clients, Suppliers and Authorities.
-Backup, support and control of Contracts and corporate documents.
-Be responsible of all corporate matters related.
-Work together with law firms and external advisors.
-Collaborate in legal audits (Due Diligence).
-Support to Human Resources for the creation of Labor Contracts and termination documents.
-Provide advice to Human Resources in all labor matters related.
- 5-7 years’ experience in supporting technology products and (related) commercial contracts.
- Law Degree
- Strong background in corporate law, commercial and labor matters.
- Proven track record in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a successful history of ensuring organizational compliance.
- Ability to provide proactive and strategic legal advice aligned with business objectives.
- Thrives in fast-paced, business-centric environments, typical of high-growth companies.
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
- Excellent self-management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
