DirecciónRoami is an established real estate hospitality company seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator (who is fluent in English and Spanish) with real estate research experience. This sales coordinator will be an important contributor to our fast-growing management platform of condo-hotel units. Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable sales experience (preferably in the hospitality industry)
- Property Listing
- Superior communication and reporting skills
Should have the following proficiency:
- Sales: Can make ‘cold calls’ and field inbound calls/emails/texts in Spanish to pitch our management services to owners of condo hotel units (~10% of the time)
- Research: Conducting real estate market research with experience using MLS, IMapp, and other public records databases to find property ownership data for target condo-hotel buildings (~40%-50% of the time)
- Marketing: Once data is found, you will coordinate with other contractors who refine the data and send mass email and text campaigns (~40%-50% of the time).
The candidate will be provided a general overview of the company and the condo-hotel management platform and the Sales & Marketing process. The candidate will field any questions, qualify the lead, and schedule a future call with a senior sales manager. You will be equipped with talking points, FAQs, and a loose script to work from.
