• Creates an environment of open conversations and clearly communicates information to the appropriate teams.
• Obtaining information: The BA asks many questions, in order to understand the objectives of the project and obtain clear information about what stakeholders want to achieve. Interview stakeholders, search for project-related information or processes, and observe teams as they work. This establishes a foundation for the project.
• Documentation of requirements: Documenting requirements involves recording what has been learned. It should be clear and concise, so that stakeholders and anyone else involved understand the information easily. The BA should think about how to document the requirements so that they can be easily shared between teams.
• Information analysis: Next, the BA reviews the requirements and thinks about how to achieve your team's business objectives. It seeks additional information and uses the data to identify what the business needs to accomplish in order to achieve the desired outcome.
• Facilitation of solutions: from the analysis, the BA identifies options to solve business challenges. Then, choose the best option and move forward with the best solution.
• Solution implementation: Once the BA has come up with a great business solution, you have to ensure it runs smoothly and as expected. Are stakeholders seeing the benefits? Is anything else needed to support implementation?
• Essentially, the BA is a project manager at this point. Their job is to make sure that the end goal is achieved, that it works well and that stakeholders are satisfied. The BA thinks about the final solution and makes
• Testing: Remember to test after deployment. At this stage, the BA develops training material to support the implemented solution and records feedback to obtain requirements for the next iteration of the project, if necessary adjustments if something does not progress.
• Experience using Salesforce (Sales/Services/Marketing cloud) (> 2 years).
• Experience as Business Analyst (> 4 years).
• Ability to document business requirements and impact analysis.
• Ability to design business process using modeling tools.
• Understand information systems impacts when deploying a CRM.
• Experience in Core Model and global platform rollout would be a plus.
