The main responsibilities are to:
- Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify future needs including multi-nationals and SME's
- Develop a client contact strategy and conduct business development calls
- Organize meetings and attend pitches with prospective clients
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships to secure repeat and exclusive business
- Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution
- Manage entire recruitment process
- Identify and attract potential candidates using sourcing tools
- Maintain an accurate candidate database
- Interview candidates to understand their requirements
- Provide advice on market conditions
- Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another, and communicating effectively
- Internally network to build business relationships that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Achieve quarterly billing purposes
