Business Intelligence Data Lead

Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid
About the role:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Data Lead who can be a business companion for educated decision making, based on information, data and insights, allowing decisions to be made consciously with the greatest possible knowledge and minimization of risk.
This role will work directly with the Commercial and Marketing teams and reports to the Customer Insights and Operations Senior Manager.
Key responsibilities:
• Works in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams and all functions to enhance value.
• Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team on decision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most efficient ways, through delivery of validated analytics-based projects.
• Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers
• Proactively assist the Business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps
• Ensures delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, economics or similar
• Proven experience in business intelligence or commercial operations
• Strong connect, analytical and presentation skills
• Knowledge in business intelligence tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau
• Fluent in English & Spanish
