Position Purpose: Responsible for overseeing the seamless operation of a Human Resources contact center, facilitating the resolution of employee inquiries across various HR topics. Ensure all documentation, including call center scripts, workflows, and policies, is regularly updated to deliver accurate and comprehensive responses to employee queries. Additionally, building robust relationships with stakeholders and exploring opportunities to optimize departmental functions will be essential. Let’s talk about main responsibilities: Contact Center Oversight: Frontline support for employee inquiries. Ensure the team provides accurate and timely responses, maintaining high-quality service standards. Review queries and responses provided by the team, offering guidance and support when necessary to ensure consistent quality. Documentation Management: Regularly review and update call center scripts, workflows, policies, and knowledge base documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance, enabling the team to provide the best solutions to employee queries. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and provide necessary HR information. Identify opportunities for collaboration and expansion of the contact center's scope to accommodate additional tasks currently handled elsewhere. Process Improvement: Continuously assess contact center processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize the employee query resolution process including automation. Collaboration: work closely with stakeholders-internal and external, to ensure the contact center is the main and centralized point of contact for all HR related enquiries. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or Contact Center. People management experience (Desirable) High proficiency in English. Portuguese language (Desirable). Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to effectively coordinate a team, balance workloads, and provide guidance and support. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, stakeholders, and the team effectively. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze call center metrics and identify trends or areas needing improvement. Adaptability: Capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly respond to changing priorities or situations. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Innovative mindset: ability to review processes and simplify/ standardize and automate the same.
