Dirección- Minimum 3 to 8+ years’ experience in Change and Release Management principles (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) (Intermedium)
- ITIL V3 Foundation. (Basic)
- Devops/Agile methodologies (Basic)
Knowledge with Devops tools - Jenkins, CI/CD, Git (Desirable)
- Knowledge of App Dev processes (Promote, deploy, roll back, prod rotations etc. (Basic)
- Basic knowledge of java .NET, SQL, Oracle, DB2, MF CICS, Batch processing, Analytical tools (Basic)
Knowledge and experience in Code promotion and deployment strategies (Intermedium)
- Knowledge of working on project with Jira (Basic)
- Experience in monitoring tools like Splunk and other tools (

- Flexible to work on Weekends (rotation) (Mandatory) -- 3 or 4 times in the month
