Acerca de la posición: Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/aChief Engineerpara incorporar al equipo deJLLubicado en las instalaciones de nuestro cliente, una reconocida empresa multinacional: Zona de trabajo:Guadalajara – Mexico – pero responsable por otros sitios en Mexico Horario de trabajo: 08:00 – 17:00hs Responsabilidades: Supervisar y dirigir al personal de mantenimiento de su turno y controla el desempeño de las responsabilidades asignadas.
Realiza y/o dirige la ejecución de todas las solicitudes de servicio del departamento de mantenimiento, asegurándose de que el trabajo realizado en estas áreas se lleve a cabo de manera eficiente con un mínimo de interrupciones e inconvenientes. Comprueba los equipos que funcionan mal y determina las medidas correctivas necesarias para restablecer un estado de funcionamiento satisfactorio. Proporcionar formación y supervisión para ampliar las capacidades del personal de operaciones.
Demostrar el uso y el cuidado correctos de las herramientas y los instrumentos, impartir instrucción práctica en procedimientos básicos de mantenimiento, seguridad y resolución de problemas, recomendar la inscripción en cursos de ingeniería externos pertinentes e inculcar un nivel general de profesionalidad en los modales y la apariencia. Supervisar y aplicar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo para cumplir con la totalidad de los planes del sistema computadorizado de mantenimiento. Programar el mantenimiento preventivo con una interrupción mínima de los servicios del edificio, realizar y/o delegar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo en el miembro del personal de mantenimiento debidamente cualificado, pedir las piezas y el equipo necesarios para la reparación, el mantenimiento y la instalación de nuevos equipos e instalaciones, y mantener el inventario.
Hacer frecuentemente la evaluación de la performance del personal, buscar por innovaciones y mejoras en todos los procesos, instalaciones y equipos Reportar mensualmente al gerente, la performance de las actividades y equipos Asegurar el pleno cumplimiento de todas las reglas y recomendaciones de HSE de JLL y del cliente Cumplir con la política del departamento para el almacenamiento, uso y eliminación seguros de materiales peligrosos. Asegurar la disponibilidad de un inventario operativo adecuado de herramientas y suministros Preparar y presentar solicitudes de pedidos de compra, desarrollar fuentes de materiales en stock , controlar y organizar los stocks y realizar comprobaciones periódicas de los suministros. Requisitos: Contar con Ingenieria en HVAC o electricidad.
5 años de experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo. 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento/operaciones de instalaciones o servicios públicos (farmacéuticos, hospitales, fabricación, centros de datos). Se requieren excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal.
