Back to Job Openings Page Regional Manager (Collections) Mexico As part of our growth, your tasks will be to: Visits local offices under his/her assigned regions to ensure alignment of processes and team goals Provides regular feedback and coaching to assigned Area Managers on performance Creates and maintain Field Collections policies and regularly monitor if it is correctly followed Proposes and actively participates changes in Field Collections processes for optimization Monitor employees work whether they are complying with company and Department code of conduct Analyzes KPI of assigned

Area Managers to determine needed intervention that would ensure attainment of monthly targets in regions, recovery rates, visit rates and quality scores Maintains historical data per KPI and conducts post evaluations of programs and action plans Defines and set objectives and KPI targets for assumed Collections teams. Ensures proper executions of company initiatives or programs in the assigned regions are accomplished and monitored Works closely with Collections Management in proper execution of related tasks Collaborate with management about monthly target and disseminate it to all concerned

Area Managers. Provide and propose Field Collections communication enhancement that will improve further collection efficiency. Monitor hiring needs and success rate on his region Collaborate with Sales Team, Legal Collection Team and Anti-Fraud Team for better process improvement and cooperation Collaborates with other Department within the HC group in the pursuance of company short-term and long-term goals

You know you are the perfect fit if you have: At least 5 years' experience in field collection, familiar with assigned region. Minimum 2 years' experience as Senior Area Manager or Regional Manager Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must know how to drive a motorcycle with updated Drivers License.

Owns a motorcycle with ORCR or Deed of Sale. Preferably a residence in NCR or Pampanga. Should be willing to visit both offices.
