RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Support and assist global Sales and Concierge team.

§ Provide updates and information to customers in a timely manner for all operations.

§ Solve encountered challenges of any operation ahead of time in order to maintain a seamless operation.

§ Ensure the quality of service from suppliers is up to the JET LUXE standards.

§ Provide excellent customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction

§ Expand, order and register new and existing current Supplier and Customer database in CRM by recognizing and involving top suppliers,operators and companies.

§ Devise and use fruitful operational strategies.

§ Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services to cater each of the operations on going.

§ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

§ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company

§ Manage and foresee all events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

§ Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

§ Negotiate agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, administration or similar
  
• Minimum of 5-year proven experience in client service role
  
• Experience in luxury brands or luxury market
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Willing to be dynamic and flexible
  
• Multitask person
  
• Able to work under pressure
  
• Adaptable professional
  
• Shift work schedules
  
• Tolerant to constant changes and last minute changes
