About the Opportunity
The Professional Services Ellucian Experience Consultant is responsible to deliver services in support of our Ellucian Experience solution.
Where you will make an impact
You will help customers to craft the primary user experience portal for their various user groups.
What you will bring
- Experience with working in Higher Education
- Experience working with portal-like software: SharePoint, Liferay, etc.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Coordinating functional or operational projects.
- Facilitating interactions with clients.
- Making a broad impact on project teams, functional areas, and client experience.
- Guides process improvement and establishes team priorities.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new solutions with little guidance.
- Understanding and advising on system architecture and performance based on product documentation.
- Working with interconnected and integrated systems.
- Delivery of various phases of Service Delivery Projects; Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
- Strong technology understanding includes enterprise systems and web technologies.
- Flexibility required to support a Global organization spanning many time zones.
- Ability to deconstruct complex technical issues to identify root cause issues; strong analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities.
Extra Credit exp - NOT required/only PLUS to have
- Working knowledge of one or more other Ellucian Products.
- Working knowledge of Ellucian Ethos.
- Knowledge of various Single Sign On solutions and their configurations.
- Experience working with graphics for the web and light HTML coding.
