Responsibilities:
Manage the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with USA GAAP and company accounting policies.
Oversee the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance.
Manage multiple companies and perform intercompany transfers.
Develop and maintain internal controls.
Coordinate audits and tax filings.
Provide financial analysis and support to management.
Drive process improvements and efficiency in the finance department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, including manufacturing experience.
Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP system.
Experience with USA GAAP and intercompany transfers.
Ability to manage multiple companies and complex financial structures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per month
