Mission:
Manage high-quality projects, end to end process in accordance with Hitachi policies and procedures; monitors, coordinates and controls a project throughout its lifecycles.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the activities in the respective process section (Division, Function, Country) , team management responsibility, monitors the process & work results from the Process Analysts , accountable to ensure smooth on time and efficient service delivery, drives resolution of open issue, identifies improvements in processes & team set-up
- Ensures application of global process standards and procedures; maintains appropriate internal control standards in accordance with process manual
- Oversees system related process activities
- Overall accountable for accurately and timely executed service procedures
- Assigns and oversees resources and skills, monitors progress, and evaluates results of the completed tasks / projects from the Process Analysts
- Accountable for timely resolution of issues
- Coordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders
- Supports the identification and implementation of improvements in the process area
- Collaborating on initial project schedules.
- Managing risk, developing a risk management plan if its needed
- Financial tracking Project budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitoring project costs.
- Contract administration
- Technical understanding about projects
- Controlling & Planning business analytical services to the business, based on customer requirements.
- Prepare various financial analysis (e.g. cost / benefit analysis, order gross margin, etc.)
- Sales order & project creation and analysis
- Understand agreement terms

- Validate accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing projects reconciliation and review of exceptions.
- Making plans, delegating tasks, listening to team members' feedback, creating reports, problem-solving, conflict mediation, and providing team members with advice and rewards.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of experience in selected process / processes is preferred, experience managing projects
- Experience of working in service delivery model environment
- Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective
- Preferable good understanding of Hitachi business set-up and interconnections
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle certain volumes of projects
- Ability to lead team through change and provide coaching and development of team members, while meeting set deadlines (proven record)
- Detail oriented, highly structured
- Digitalization and continues improvement skills
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Strong in IT systems: SAP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions
- Proficient understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side
- Fluent in English, and local language
