Role Purpose
Co-develop and implement the Internal Communications strategy, based on objectives and tactics defined for the region, seeking to inspire, empower and generate a sense of belonging in Syngenta’s employees, which allows them to commit to continue transforming sustainable agriculture.
Responsabilities
- Proactively work with and support the Internal Communications Manager in delivering internal communications strategies and plans across LAN.
- Participate in effective management and timely delivery of key internal communications channels, including our weekly newsletter based on a comprehensive internal calendar.
- Help establish and drive best practices in data gathering and analysis for internal communications.
- Write, edit, develop and monitor content for different channels.
- Liaise with other departments and functions to ensure the quality of communications materials.
- Assist in setting up and managing town hall meetings across segments and functions.
- Build and manage relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and partners.
- Participate in admin/operational work to ensure team efficiency.
- Manage agency resources and other vendors to ensure succesfull completion of projects and assignments with allocated budgets.

It is indispensable for this position:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Marketing or related field.
- Spanish (Native), English (Proficiency).
- 3+ years of relevant work experience handling internal and employee-related communications.
- Experience with communications channels and design programs (intranets, digital signage, Viva Engage, among others).
- Strong storytelling abilities and excellent oral and written communications skills.
