Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Lyon, and Paris. Spanish version below Position Overview: The Country Manager will be responsible for the successful management of our Mexico office, nurturing cultural initiatives within the company, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role reports directly to our regional CEO and is a crucial part of our local and global leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Management & Leadership: Provide effective leadership to our Mexico team, ensuring a highly engaged and productive workforce. Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Mexico office, including HR, finance, and general administrative duties. Culture: Implement cultural initiatives that align with our company values, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Business Development: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and drive sales in the Mexico market. Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the influencer marketing space to promote Upfluence. Reporting: Regularly report on business performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field. Master's Degree is a plus. Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a SaaS or marketing organization.
Strong understanding of the influencer marketing industry and the Mexican market. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven track record of driving growth and managing teams.
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Calificaciones: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado. Máster es un plus. Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en un puesto de alta dirección, preferiblemente en una organización de SaaS o marketing.
Fuerte comprensión de la industria del marketing de influencers y del mercado mexicano. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo. Historial probado de impulso al crecimiento y gestión de equipos.
