Credit Product Subdirector

Role purpose 

The Credit Product Subdirector is responsible of the credit proposition for the Small and Medium Enterprises Business Banking Upper customers based on  a portfolio approach  as well as its performance, in coordination with different stakeholders such as Risk, Collections, Underwriting services, Legal and IT.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

·         To provide an efficient credit process for SME customers, ensuring the credit quality and internal controls in the portfolio.

·         To set up services level agreements with the different stakeholders of the process.

·         To design acquiring initiatives for new to credit customers in the segment.

·         To manage the credit pipeline of the BBU segment.

·          To set up KPIs to watch over the portfolio performance

Leadership & Teamwork 

·   To encourage the development of activities in the team with high quality standards and service, supporting them with training and sharing knowledge.

·          ncourage teamwork and commitment to goals of the segment.

·          Development of management skills, decision making and personnel management

·         Bachelor in Economic and/or Financial areas

·         Master degree (desirable)

·         Experience in the credit process for SMEs.

·         Experience managing interdisciplinary teams.

·         Communication and negotiation skills

·         Proficiency in English
