Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

The Customer Service Analyst (CSR) is responsible for ensuring day to day order entry, tracking, scheduling and reporting for the Aldi business, driving gold standard Customer Service.  The CSR will be expected to partner and collaborate with the business and participate in tasks forces.  

Your Impact:

As Customer Service Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Ensures day to day order processing for the Aldi orders, including but not limited to:
    • Order entry: received via fax and inputted into SAP
    • Order tracking: excel spreadsheets for order tracking communication
    • Order scheduling: ensuring orders have delivery appointments /redelivery appointments
  • Customer Direct reporting: creating and distributing reports for orders
  • Task Force: participate/collaborate with the Aldi business team in Business Proposal execution and innovation.
  • Order verify and release:  Review new orders from customers in SAP, verify accurate sourcing, and release to downstream cross functional partners.
  • Backfill other CSRs on vacations
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred

Experience

  • 1-2 experience in SAP purchase order processing/supply chain/sales
  • Customer service oriented
  • Advanced/fluid in english is a must
  • Sales Operations/Plant/Warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle, PWM, IPM/ICS
  • Demonstrated Capability of the SAP solution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
