Danfoss is looking for a Customer Service Representative position.  You will play a key role in meeting our ambitious aspirations for the future. As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for Make the customer feel as a focus of our line of business, the costumer will appreciate the sensitivity in attention, feel that costumer service listen to them, which is not "one more", Customer Service needs provide accurate and timely information, assurance, compliance and best advice for a particular case.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
  • Balance demand & supply at the aggregate volume level at the detailed mix level to cover Sales forecasted
  • Develop the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory
  • Develop Master Production Schedule based on WO system to prepare requirements for manufactured parts
  • Schedule & Coordinate finish goods shipments for Customers.
  • Provide Service and support for Customers 
  • Provide Service and support to Sales area 
  • Entering orders into MFG / Pro 
  • Tracking customer purchase orders with warehouse and local freights 
  • Involve with internal costumers needs.
  • Promote internal communication to make sure costumers needs are attended in the right internal area.
  • Avoid Past Due due to lack of raw material or subassemblies for OEM.
  • Lead CRM activities and goals to Distribution Center FC with Sales Team and report progress to Manager.
  • Collaborate with ONE ERP Project in activities and test according to indications from ONE ERP DC Team.
  • Receive and analyze customer demand. Daily manner review all Open Order Report for validate the due dates, requirements and part numbers requiered
  • Review and evaluate sales order change requests for approval and system update.
  • Send the Shipping plan to Warehouse team (Shipping area) & Maintain customer systems (if is applicable)
  • Confirm and Release Work Orders to cover Demand, based on Open Order Report, validate schedule per model plant policy
  • Daily manner Master Scheduler must validate Work Orders released are issued and delivered in the shop floor
  • Review in Monthly and weekly manner the OEM Customer platform or production lines forecast to ensure it is up to date with current forecast and aligned to the overall plant strategy.
  • Weekly Forecast review to validate any risk to cover Open Order report in daily basis
  • Perform plan review on each item to identify risk in achieving on-time delivery, as part of the review, the master scheduler will take action on all critical action messages daily.
  • Create a rolling 3-month Master Production Plan for designated products Customer’s requirements
  • Analyze and identify risks associated with the Master Production Plan, including manufacturing lead times, shortage parts
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure plant inventory objectives are met; Manage phase in/phase out to avoid obsolete material
  • Support to Areas as required (Quality, Eng, Production, Projects, etc.)
  • Drive continuous improvements & Participation in CI events
  • Monitor daily production ( track open order status through production, shipping, and delivery)
  • Support the S&OP process to review demand, service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications.
  • Receive customer requirements
  • Process customer requirements in MFG and promote My Danfoss Platform
  • Follow up on shipments outbound
  • Track customer ratings and dispute as appropriate
  • Support to solve credit issues to deliver customer orders.
  • Coordination and follow-up orders from Customer Service and Warehouse.
  • PPM’s actions follow up.
  • Tracking customer complaints
  • Work under the guidelines, policies and process of Danfoss, IATF 16949 and ISO 14000

  • 3 Years of experience as materials planner, working with global suppliers and Intercompany 
  • Undergraduate degree required in Industrial Engineering; business administration preferred. Analysis of data ·
  • MFG Pro 
  • Fluent English

  • MRP knowledge
  • Technical knowledge of bill of material structuring, schedule execution, and inventory management
