Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead the Daily Routing Office of the Go To Market Center of Excellence in GBS/MBS to enable accelerated volume growth and cost to serve optimization through daily dispatch, supporting LATAM, PFNA & PBNA. He or She will play a key role in multiple stakeholders management on the business side, the supply chain side, the customer teams, as well as working with the GBS Ecosystem leaders to work continuous improvement and optimization of the services

Your Impact

AsDaily Routing Director your scope would consist of:

Functional Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Daily Routing (Dispatch) Service for 85%+ of Global PepsiCo Routes (PFNA/LATAM/PBNA)
  • Collaboate with Sr Sector GTM/Supply Chain functional management (LG1 – LG5) by fully understanding the delivery strategies and, based on those provide overall guidance and stewardship on shared services of dispatched routing through specific requirements and enforce consistency in execution wherever possible
  • Communicate/Align with Sr GTM/Supply Chain functional management strategic direction and overall direction of Dispatch Office
  • Ensure Sales and Supply organizations stays connected with business by driving clear and frequent communications with key stakeholders, design leads and senior business leaders
  • Lead and build a culture of continuous improvement to maximize efficiency / yoy productivity internally and through the outputs of the GTM CoE dispatch team for the full organization
  • Plan and integrate all delivery capabilities of eGTM and Omnichannel through dispatch services
  • Provide carbon footprint impacts of Daily Routing

People Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate large team
  • Proactivly identify key talent within Dispatch Office and develop programs to ensure optimization of their development that are aligned with full GTM CoE people plan
  • Operate within a complex organization matrix: Hub Leader/Ecosystem, multiple key Stakeholders in Business, Customer Teams, Supply Chain and Global Commercial GBS Leads
  • Provide operational/governance weekly/monthly quarterly reviews for Dispatch Office impact to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency, effectiveness and overall integration with the markets
  • Drive Dispatch Office portion of strategic quarterly reviews for GTM CoE impact to ensure consistent methodology, capabilities, effective use of PEP assets and 3PL usuage
  • Own comprehensive change management within Business and Supply Chain, heavily focused on dispatch, emphasizing the need for change and the role each individual plays
  • Facilitate transition of processes from GTM CoE and served markets to all GBS hubs through partnership and planning/selling
  • On going review of Disaptch Office to drive agility and effectiveness

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 15+years of years of experience in Go To Market or Sales and Commercial roles
  • – Executive communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely. Strong use of
  • influencing skills to gain alignment
  • – Previous experience as a people leader experience is a plus
  • – Ability to provide superior customer service
  • – Excellent leadership and customer management skills
  • – Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
  • – Analytical skill to link strategies and objectives together to develop a plan
