Data Analyst, Remote Mexico

Responsibilities

-Translate Product/Leadership requirements into visual reports using Tableau
-Build various visualization and tabular reports utilizing internal data stored in AWS and or Snowflake/RedShfit/RDS (some external data sets stored in NewRelic, Service Now, JIRA, etc.)
-Maintain existing reports and ensure their correctness (weekly/daily/monthly/quarterly)
-Visualize ad-hoc requests utilizing MS Excel (pivot tables/charts, etc), Tableau or other tools - some of these carrying quick (<1day) turnaround time
-SQL/NoSQL query optimization and tuning
-Automate manual tasks into recurring automated reports
-Apply AI/ML/GenAI capabilities to automate manual tasks
-Investigate any data/KPI discrepancies and work with various teams to correct them
-Comfortable in presenting reports in a leadership setting
-Maintain up-to-date documentation
