Qualification
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience working in field sales within the technology industry with a focus on analytics.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience working with analytics (e.g., data or machine learning).
  • Experience working in technical and/or sales engineering.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a sales and customer transformation strategy.
  • Ability to effectively operate within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

As a Data Management Sales Specialist, you will lead Go-To-Market strategies, manage campaigns, and provide feedback to Product and Global Solutions teams to inform our product solutions roadmap. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives to help shape their cloud and Data Management strategy and enable digital transformation. You will focus on helping customers improve their productivity using our products to make their organizations more productive, collaborative, and available to their customers.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
  • Lead account strategy, generate/develop business growth opportunities, and partner with inside sales representatives, customer engineers, and Google partners to optimize business results and develop opportunities with new enterprise customers.
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on a business and technical level.
  • Develop the solution roadmap and manage multiple opportunities working with cross-functional teams.
  • Understand the global market and identify/develop business opportunities.
