We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our inaugural Returnship Program (SOAR) in Marketing.
This paid program is designed to provide support and integrate talented professionals who have taken a career break of at least 1 year and are re-entering the workforce.
As a participant in SOAR, you will have the opportunity to update and enhance your skills while working on meaningful projects within our organization.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing planning, supporting execution, and generating reports for marketing programs across various digital tools and platforms, including Marketo (marketing automation application).
- The ideal candidate should have experience in the field and be passionate about technology, marketing, and helping drive customer demand through these channels.
- The Digital Marketing professional will work closely with other members of the marketing team and must be able to communicate and collaborate positively and professionally with all parties.
- Support the marketing team with campaign management and piece approvals.
- Responsible for tracking the results of digital campaigns and financial management (budget tracking, invoice control, payments)
What we need to see from you
- Career Break: You must have taken a career break of at least 1 year (for example, due to family commitments, personal reasons, sabbatical, etc.) and are now looking to re-enter the workforce.
- Professional Background: Previous experience and specialization in a relevant field or industry. Demonstrated proficiency in the necessary skills for the specific role.
- Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and tools.
- Proactivity and Automation: Proactivity and motivation to succeed. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, resilience, and a growth mindset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
- Conversational English-Intermediate to Advance
