Job Purpose and Impact

The Global Media and Digital Marketing Lead will lead the development and execution of the Digital Marketing strategy and Digital Marketing capabilities for the enterprise’ as well as develop and manage our media landscape in order to optimize the marketing working spend and ROI in the media spend. In this role, you will oversee a team and work in collaboration cross functionally to establish the media strategy for the ANH brands globally and execute the roadmap for the channels, position content and apply knowledge on the digital platforms, systems and tools to improve our digital presence. #LI-TH1 #LI-Hybrid

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Digital Marketing strategy and planning and oversee the team in the delivery of Digital Marketing activity across multiple channels.
• Lead the development of the Global Media strategy for ANH, including selected product brands and/ or markets and product categories.
• Provide recommendations on the Global Media budget to maximize growth across various campaigns working in partnership with the Global Marketing communications teams and species marketing managers.
• Lead the team to execute Digital Marketing plans and oversee performance on the digital channels and all aspects of Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation of the Digital Marketing roadmap, lead specific capability building initiatives in collaboration with technology partners and business teams and support the identification of capability building opportunities.
• Provide oversight in the execution against performance metrics and allocate resources across digital strategies to optimize return on investment.
• Guide the team to develop search engine optimization planning and activities to increase organic web traffic.
• Lead the development and execution of the paid search, social Media and display advertising strategies for ANH globally.
• Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of professionals, providing coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven and solid years of related work experience
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and campaign planning, execution and management
• Proven experience in social media marketing for global brands
• Proven and solid years of related work experience, two years of supervisory experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Digital Marketing and social media (B2B client or agency experience)
• Experience in search engine optimization strategy
• Experience in website content strategy and planning
• Experience navigating a large matrixed environment across various stakeholders including those in a virtual environment
