We're currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth and success. Requirements Ability to work independently and autonomously while maintaining transparent communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, Coordinator, or similar role, demonstrating hands-on experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, with expertise in research methods using data analytics software. Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, optimization, and performance analysis. Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, web analytics, and Google AdWords. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) software, preferably with experience using HubSpot. Experience working in the staffing industry is a plus, but not a requirement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in alignment with company goals. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture that encourages innovation and excellence. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with third-party agencies to oversee, approve, and deploy successful marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns, and copywriting, to optimize marketing performance. Manage and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives. Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to the executive team, providing insights on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze consumer behavior and campaign metrics to refine email and advertising strategies, driving continuous improvement and optimization. Identify and analyze competitors, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
