Role Purpose:The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the development and execution of the Mexico underwriting strategy and support to the Active Underwriter in its delivery.Core Responsibilities:Assist Issuing policies, give service to business portfolio and to assist with underwriting and departmental workflow systems, processes, and related issues as necessary

Assist the portfolio in line with controls, underwriting strategy, and guidelines

Ensure that documentation is completed timely and accurately according to standards

Assist with the development and execution of documentation and processes, and other systems as necessary

Assist in addressing and resolving overdues, workflow, and various clerical issues as necessary

Interact and coordinate activities with other departments

Liaise with other underwriting departments as necessary

Recommend new procedures and programs were warranted

Local Real Estate SupportQualifications:Minimum of an Engineering degree, Accountant or equivalent in business or a related field5 years of working experience

Experience in insurance or banking industry (Not excluding)Leadership experience is a must

Quality assurance experience

Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, and development skills

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools
