Currently, we’re looking for a passionate Operations Dispatcher who would be responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships, offering custom, sometimes out-of-the-box transportation solutions that exceed our customers' needs, while delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Drivers' monitoring and control from loading to unloading (by telephone)
- Drafting of contracts and agreements
- Coordination of drivers on the flight
- Communication with customers
- Problem-solving of different levels of complexity
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Business or related field
- English level: Advanced (Required)
- At least 1 year of experience in ground transportation services
- Previous experience in a night shift role is preferred.
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication with customers/team
- TMS experience (Preferred)
- Crisis management skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, multitasking
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of systems: MS Office, Excel, and web browsing
