Trainee Program for high potentials in Tire Manufacturing

The Manufacturing Graduate Program prepares for a job at a local tire plant in the areas of Production. In addition to exciting professional challenges in a performance-oriented work environment, the trainee will assume responsibility at an early stage. Depending on the potential and track record, the trainee may take on leadership roles shortly after the program, even having a career opportunity on a global scale. Trainee program has been a success history in SLP plant with new talents obtaining knowledge through different steps and has been a source of high potentials to cover internal positions in plant. The trainees after development will support in the improvement of the KPIs of the Plant

• Profound theoretical background on Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical)
• First working experience through (international) internships/job as working student, or initial employment(s) in respective fields
• Fluent English and basic German language
• Intercultural experience through international internships or during semester(s) at an university abroad desirable
• Strong ability in analytical/structured thinking
