We are looking for a talented FACILITIES ENGINEER to join our team specializing in FACILITIES for our MERITOR MANUFACTURING DE MEXICO in CIENEGA DE FLORES, NUEVO LEÓN, MÉXICO.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Select, coordinate, negotiate, carry out and record everything related to the interventions of the machinery that provides services to the plant, emergency systems and plant facilities and comply with the applicable environmental requirements (EHS).
Make improvements in the different areas of the plant to keep the plant facilities in operating and functional conditions.
Manage resources to comply with preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance programs, and major corrective actions of plant equipment.
Monitor and monitor the supply of spare parts and materials used in the operations of plant services machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Monitors and controls the expenses generated by plant services, such as water, gas, energy, electricity, etc.
Work together with the industrialization department in the formation of new projects for the plant.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Experience in a Facilities Engineer, Plant Engineer, or General Services Engineer position
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Basic English
Knowledge of Electrical Energy Systems (medium and low voltage systems)
Knowledge of water treatment systems
5 “S”
Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 / ISO 14001 Standards applicable to the operation and work area.
Electrical control.
Electrohydraulics.
Electro Pneumatic.
Mechanics.
Machines and tools.
Management and administration of technical personnel
Work planning and administration
Experience in budget administration
CNC Programming and Diagnostics. (desirable)
