Sr. Facility Maitenance Engineer

A tenured member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area who owns a specific area of responsibility/topic within the function, and improves efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery, by analyzing and proposing the plan of actions for the function and leads/supports in implementing them. Also, leads or supports the systems implementation/upgrade in their area of functional responsibility.

Your responsibilities

• Working with the engineering team to specify maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities.
• Project management implementing improvements for building, maintenance systems, utilities, and CapEx.
• Consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety.
• Solving major technical, equipment or facilities challenges to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
• Reacting promptly to any emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, or other problems to minimize disruption to production.
• Proposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
• Implementing health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical Management, Mechanical Electrical, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation or related).
• 5 years of experience working in similar position.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Water pumping systems and Red Code.
• Experience leading in project management.
• Desirable experience in electrical loads, electrical installations, and electrical drawings.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level of English.
