As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join the Growth Marketing team and drive our brand awareness in Mexico to new heights.
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of integrated campaigns across various channels. You will lead Mexico-focused campaign planning and execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our lead generation goals.
What the candidate will do
- Craft and implement forward-thinking growth marketing campaigns for Mexico that align with company objectives, drive lead generation, and impact the sales pipeline.
- Execute a variety of campaigns that could include customer and/or partner events; digital marketing (email campaigns and social marketing in partnership with the regional Sales teams and global Marketing team); advertising, sponsored media, webinars, promotions, and other marketing activities.
- Localize and manage the development of Mexico-focused marketing content including (but not limited to) blog posts, articles, webinars, case studies, reports, and e-books.
- Update product/sales assets where and when applicable.
- Execute special marketing projects as requested by the Head of Mexico Logistics and Customs and the VP of Business Development.
- Manage the Mexico-based CRM lists in sales and marketing databases to drive effective prospect/customer targeting and engagement.
- Work closely with Growth Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and other Marketing teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned and supported across all channels.
- Act as a subject matter expert in respective market (localization) from a communications, trends, and events POV.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working in a marketing automation platform, HubSpot preferred.
- Experience using A/B testing to optimize and refine campaign programs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills - particularly within large organizations.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership over tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
