BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A FINANCE ANALYST

FUNCTION: Finance
LOCATION: Mexico Monterrey
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of the finance department.
Reports to: Manager
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Credit Limit Management - calculation, allocation and follow up for the correct use of credit
- LANCAR Monthly Dashboard – Credit position of all LANCAR markets, keep aligned communication with all LANCAR markets.
- Risk Analysis – Risk assessment on all LANCAR markets.
- TM&D Operation's Contol - Analysis of sales and commercial information to identify and implement efficiencies in the current processes.
- Fraud Mitigation – Sales Data Analysis to generate Dashboards and Reports to assist the Field Operative Team to accurately and timely identify breaches of confidence.
- Review and analysis on the delivery of promotions delivered to customers by the TM&D team.
- Active communication with the Trade team to identify areas of opportunity and improve the quality of the information.
- Automation of processes to reduce work time and improve information analysis and decision-making.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- 1-2 years’ experience in Finance
- Have demonstrable communication, negotiation skills and the ability to influence.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Business Management / Industrial Engineering / Finance or related field Major
- Experience with Excel (advanced)
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.
- Fluent English (B2+)
