Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role will support the Global Procurement Centre of Excellence (COE) organization and the Global Operations – Procurement Finance FP&A team. Global categories include Capital M&W and ME with average category spend of about $2BN - $3BN and NA Supplier Diversity ($19BN).

Your Impact

As Finance Coordinatorfor Global Procurement your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Accountable for developing, in partnership with global and domestic category leads Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts and Monthly Latest Estimates.
  • Support contract management process (review and approve contracts ($MM/contract), contract logs, obligation reporting, etc.) and related SOX controls.
  • Support productivity project process and related activity (review and approve projects (totaling up to ~$140MM), project logs, powersteering reporting, framework application and insights). A thorough understanding of GP productivity framework in order to apply financial governance. 
  • Ensure business information and insights are communicated efficiently, timely and accurately.
  • Reporting Supplier Diversity spend across PepsiCo US Business Units.
  • Engagement with key internal stakeholders such as the Supplier Diversity team, Global Procurement commercial teams, Financial Planning, Control and Systems Support.
  • Support submissions for company recognition awards relating to Supplier Diversity, trouble shooting and maintaining reporting integrity across various systems.
  • Develop knowledge of Supplier Diversity supplier base and how that relates to driving PEP’s business results and fulfilling PEP’s Performance objectives.
  • Create Analysis & Reporting models to tell the story with data.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on business performance and initiatives.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelors degree required with focus in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 2-3 years Finance experience with Finacial Planning experience.
  • Advance English level, excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (dashboards preferred), high level of proficiency with systems, processing large volume data and interfacing with corporate reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of minority spend space a plus.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to create accurate timely deliverables.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence others.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to details and a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities.
