Finance Manager

• Engage in the development and support of the company's strategic plans.
• Monitor the financial performance of the company.
• Compile and analyse financial report packages.
• Prepare monthly and annual operational budgets.
• Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with company procedures.
• Communicate financial measures to senior management.
• Provide leadership and support to the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.
• Manage personnel payroll preparation.
• Stay abreast of current HR trends.
• Provide support in validating and tracking cost-saving projects.
• Determine and record the monthly production cost closure for the Plant.
• Prepare closing reports for the USA and provide variance explanations.
• Prepare special analyses as requested by other departments in Mexico and the USA.
• Participate and provide requested information in special projects for the Plants.
• Participate in physical inventories and their internal control procedures.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives.

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
* Advanced English proficiency
* Desirable knowledge of Six Sigma
* +5 years of experience as a plant controller
* Valid Visa
* Passport
* Proficiency in Oracle/SAP systems
* Availability for travel
