- Collaborate closely with the management team to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
- Oversee reporting, management, and control of fixed assets, warehouses, and material costing.
- Manage operational aspects of sales personnel liquidation and routing to ensure efficient processes and adherence to checkpoints.
- Implement operational control measures to ensure accurate loading, proper liquidation, and effective cash flows.
- Supervise credit and collections activities, particularly for major clients in the Tijuana region.
- Demonstrate proficiency in treasury management and inventory control.
- Validate improvement projects and actively participate in process and accounting-related initiatives.
- Evaluate investment and cost-saving projects to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting department to align budgeting and planning processes with SAP systems.
- Support the transition to digital processes, especially in sales operations and technological operational processes.
- Conduct regular visits to distribution centers to oversee operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate leadership team activities and provide guidance to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial finance role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and experience with software migration projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
