- Evaluate investment and cost-saving projects to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting department to align budgeting and planning processes with SAP systems.
- Support the transition to digital processes, especially in sales operations and technological operational processes.
- Conduct regular visits to distribution centers to oversee operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate leadership team activities and provide guidance to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial finance role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and experience with software migration projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and drive process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and collaborate effectively while maintaining firm principles.
