Job Description & Summary

A career in our Line of Service Financial Analysis practice, within Operations, will provide the opportunity to support our engagement teams and clients operationally by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. In joining, you’ll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You’ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

General Purpose (of the position):

Responsible for reporting key financial risks and analysis of an specific number of Partners assigned

Functions and responsibilities:

Each Senior Associate has a specific number of Partners assigned and the following functions and responsibilities refers to the group mentioned above:

  • Closely monitors billings and collections engagements. Execution of billing and collections  remains responsibility of engagement teams.
  • Conducts Partner/MD/Managers portfolio reviews to ensure codes are accruing appropriately; Estimates To Complete are accurate, gains/losses are identified and managed, etc.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to Partners and Managers on a daily basis.
  • Support Partners on complex Financial process clarification.
  • Supervise the financial support teams (associate 2 and associate)  in all their activities.

Academic background:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting Finance, Administration, Economic or Similar

Qualifications & Skills:  

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Experience leading teams

Work experience and knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3  years as total background (Control, Accounting, Audit, Analytics or Finance)
