Financial Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain the annual budget.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into key performance indicators and variances.
• Conduct thorough financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on budget performance, highlighting areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data, utilizing various tools and software.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Perform financial analysis as requested by management to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Cost Control and Optimization:

• Collaborate with department heads to monitor and control costs.
• Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvements.

Controls the Fixed Assets:

• Creates and implements processes and methods for the asset control, calculates and books the monthly depreciation, generates monthly reports and analyses for fixed assets and depreciation, coordinates the fixed assets annual inventory

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role focus in production variances.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (FI & CO Module); use of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) for operational purposes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Advanced English
