Financial Controller

We are currently searching for a Financial controller:

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting , financial reporting , and internal controls .
• Managing financial relationships with banks and other lenders.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and risks .
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Working closely with other departments, such as accounting , sales , and operations .

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or service industry.
• Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) or equivalent professional designation (desirable in Mexico).
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( GAAP ) or Mexican accounting standards ( NIF ).
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .

Desired  

• Experience in the Telecom industry (a significant plus).
• Experience with financial systems and software (e.g., SAP , Oracle ).
• Strong leadership skills (if managing a team of accountants ).

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
