Position: Genesys Cloud CX Software Engineer
Location: CDMX, Edo Mex
What you’ll do?
Build interaction flows with Genesys Cloud Architect
Generate and maintain documentation
Participate actively as a Scrum Team Member
Familiarity with processes and adaptability
Customer Experience and Service oriented
What you’ll bring:
2 years or more of experience with Genesys Cloud CX configuration and management, knowledge of Contact Center functionality and concepts, like Queues, Interaction Routing, Campaigns, etc.
1 year of experience with Genesys Cloud Architect (Drag & Drop tool), building IVR flows.
Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Data Actions and how to use them within flows.
Knowledge of Genesys Cloud API and JSON Schemas.
Experience collecting and analyzing logs, such as Wireshark, Browser’s Network and Console, REST output, for troubleshooting and functional validation.
Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies.
Experience conducting functional tests and User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
Proactively identify issues and take actions.
Teamwork and problem-solving attitude
