Position: Genesys Cloud CX Software Engineer

Location: CDMX, Edo Mex

What you’ll do?

  • Build interaction flows with Genesys Cloud Architect

  • Generate and maintain documentation

  • Participate actively as a Scrum Team Member

  • Familiarity with processes and adaptability

  • Customer Experience and Service oriented

What you’ll bring:

  • 2 years or more of experience with Genesys Cloud CX configuration and management, knowledge of Contact Center functionality and concepts, like Queues, Interaction Routing, Campaigns, etc.

  • 1 year of experience with Genesys Cloud Architect (Drag & Drop tool), building IVR flows.

  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Data Actions and how to use them within flows.

  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud API and JSON Schemas.

  • Experience collecting and analyzing logs, such as Wireshark, Browser’s Network and Console, REST output, for troubleshooting and functional validation.

  • Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies.

  • Experience conducting functional tests and User Acceptance Tests (UATs).

  • Proactively identify issues and take actions.

  • Teamwork and problem-solving attitude
