This position is responsible for working to engage in design solutions, produce preliminary design versions, and process feedback to execute on creative deliverables. To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should have original ideas to fit with our vision, a keen eye for detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with muti-site directors, marketing managers, marketing specialist, and other subject matter experts on project kickoff and brainstorming sessions, creative briefs, and designs Assist in providing graphic design assets for print and digital publications and advertising, brand identities, and collateral (e.g., collateral, invitations, brochures, flyers, newsletters). Apply existing event branding to design projects such as brand signage, on-site wayfinding, event website, event promotions, sponsorship fulfillment, and more Experience in brand identity, design systems, composition, typography, images, color theory, and iconography Manage the workflow of multiple creative project deliverables under strict deadlines Apply existing brand standard guidelines and designs to version out creative assets Edit videos for use across all platforms Other duties may be assigned Requirements Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS, a plus BS/BA in graphic design or related degree; related work experience considered 3+ years of experience (in-house, a plus) of both print and digital graphic design, required Event design and wayfinding experience, a plus Digital Marketing experience Fluency in the fundamentals of design, pre-press production and printing Advanced English Experience creating design in a variety of formats A portfolio representing a wide range of work that demonstrates knowledge of visual ideation, typography, color theory and design skills will be required to be sent digitally Strong communication skills with an ability to translate business and brand objectives into compelling design Possesses a positive attitude, is solutions oriented, enjoys working collaboratively, and excels in a remote environment Benefits ● Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN) ● Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability) ● 12 Days of vacation per year, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico. ● 30 days of Christmas bonus ● Cell Phone Reimbursement ● Transportation Allowance
