Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist dealers with determining whether or not a vehicle’s powertrain related condition is eligible for warranty coverage
- Evaluate failure mode based on information and digital images submitted by dealership
- Utilize Global Warranty Operations Warranty policies and processes to aid in determining if needed repairs have defects in material or factory workmanship
- Research approved repair procedures and publications such as:
- Company Field Service Actions (FSAs)
- General Service Bulletins (GSBs)
- Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs)
- Published Electronic Dealer Communications (EFCs)
- Troubleshoot warranty eligibility by interfacing with other GWO teams and cross-functional departments such as Engineering and Quality, as necessary
- Assist DDAP team with program process and efficiency improvement opportunities where possible
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to support performance metrics targets

Education Qualification
Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent
Language Requirement
English proficient
Skills & Knowledge requirement
- Hands-on automotive powertrain diagnostics and repair experience (preferred)
- Warranty background
- ASE certifications (preferred)
- Strong computer proficiency
- Professional / business writing abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service driven
