Group New Car Sales Manager - Hybrid Working

We are looking for a Group New Car Sales Managerto join our friendly team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Passenger Vehicle Sales Director and will be responsible for many areas including:

• Car wholesale volumes to ensure there is sufficient stock, the correct models in the correct colours and with correct factory options to meet our customer needs.
• New car pricing, to ensure that we remain competitive whilst meeting out budgeted requirements.
• Control stock ageing by pricing to the market and using special offers when needed to ensure Adopted and Interest-Bearing stock is kept to a minimum.
• Keeping the sales team across the UK up to date with any changes including marketing, training, and standards amongst many other requirements.
• Understanding share data and identifying opportunities.
• Attend regional Best Practice meetings.
• Dealership visits including some overnight accommodation requirements.

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home(the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to Hybrid Working from month 4).
