The Growth Media Senior Strategist plays a pivotal role in spearheading the company's digital growth trajectory through expert-level leadership and execution of performance-driven marketing strategies. This role requires a seasoned professional with an advanced understanding of digital marketing intricacies, adeptness in data analysis, and a track record of steering impactful campaigns across diverse digital channels. Responsible for strategic direction and execution, this role drives audience targeting, harnesses data insights, and leads innovation, shaping the company's digital footprint while delivering substantial business impact.

Flexible Hybrid Schedule : Initially, enjoy the best of both worlds with a minimum of two days in the office (Mexico City). We are committed to evolving towards full remote support, offering you the ultimate work-life balance in the near future.

As the Growth Media Senior Specialist you will:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead the implementation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret campaign data. Derive actionable insights and translate findings into optimization strategies to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

  • Audience Strategy and Segmentation: Lead sophisticated audience research, segmentation, and targeting initiatives. Utilize advanced targeting capabilities to optimize audience selection and messaging strategies.

  • Creative Direction and Testing: Collaborate closely with creative teams to conceptualize and develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets. Oversee A/B testing and iteration cycles to refine and enhance campaign performance.

  • Budget Management and Reporting: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI. Generate detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Industry Leadership and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Lead the adoption of innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the competition .

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and optimization.

  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to drive impactful campaigns in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Budgeting and ROI Management: Advanced skills in managing and allocating budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining cost-efficiency.

  • Industry Leadership: Demonstrated thought leadership within the performance marketing domain, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Ability to innovate and pioneer new strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively convey complex insights, present strategic recommendations, and collaborate across departments.

  • Project and Team Management: Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Decision-making and Problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve complex issues, drive solutions, and make strategic decisions that positively impact campaign performance.
