Training Coordinator.

What awaits you:

As Training Coordinator your will be responsible for
•    Establishing High Voltage and driving training based on requirements from the Group, Plant.
•    Conducting Training Needs Analysis based on High Voltage and driving needs.
•    Plans, evaluates, and optimizes assigned initiatives including but not limited to hybrid automotive electrical, controls and High Voltage projects, schedules, contracts, course curriculum, and budget.
•    Creating an annual training plan and monitoring delivery against this.
•    Delivery of identified High Voltage and driving training needs from HV-1 to HV-3.
•    Control and follow-up of different driving licenses delivered: B0, BO+, B1, B2, E1.
•    Management of the pool cars for driving trainings.

What you should bring along:
•    Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business administration or any related field.
•    +5 years of experience in training.
•    High voltage concepts knowledge.
•    Driving training knowledge.
•    Project management skills.
•    Budget management skills.
•    Team and individual development, management, and leadership.
•    Considerable business-related experience required.
•    Good understanding of sources of external funding and best practice.
•    Understanding of MS Office and IT systems.
•    Knowledge of the BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce brands.
•    Experience of working both cross-function and/or internationally.
•    Highly developed communication skills.
•    Advance English language.
