Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (administration, human resources, psychology
- Microsoft office (Excel)
- Google workspace
- English intermediate or advanced
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar position (managing the full employee lifecycle)
Position activities
- Onboarding: Ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
- Retention: Implementing policies and programs to retain top talent.
- Development: Overseeing training and professional development opportunities.
- Offboarding: Handling the exit process when employees leave the company.
- Happy Leavers: Ensuring that departing employees have a positive transition.
- Compensation and Benefits: verifying that each employee's benefits package aligns with their job role and level, and providing assistance to employees who have questions or concerns regarding their benefits.
- HR Administration: Maintaining employee records and handling HR-related inquiries.
- Strategic Planning: Working with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
