At Factorial we're looking for a new HR Consultant Team Lead for the Spanish Market . In this position you will be working with the product and sales team to helps us develop this market. If you have experience doing performance reviews, career development plans, recruitment, HR administration or others we would like to speak with you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Consultants, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and ensure high-quality client service delivery.
- Manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative HR solutions tailored to clients' needs, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR consulting or related roles , with a proven track record of success in project management and client engagement.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and impactful solutions.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools preferred.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
