1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in the assigned business unit/location.2. Strategic collaboration between areas and/or departments for the purpose of meeting business objectives.
3. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the work environment in the different business units assigned.
4. Coordinate in conjunction with their direct reports, communication strategies, motivation, participation, consultation and recognition of staff (climate surveys, communication plan, organizational events, etc.).
5. Coordinate the execution of Human Resources processes in the assigned business unit/location, implementing continuous improvement actions for the benefit of the business.
6. Develop and implement strategies regarding the administration of HR indicators. Generate improvement action plans according to the business vision.
7. Manage in conjunction with your team, the correct and timely execution of the life cycle processes of the employees: Registration, termination, payroll, application of incidents (overtime, Christmas bonus, vacation bonus, Sunday bonus, absences, etc.), vacation control, allocation of benefits and benefits, application of disciplinary measures, talent management, training.
8. Actively participate in audits of assigned business unit/location.
9. Serve as a strategic business partner, advising the leaders.
